Meditation and Spiritual Awareess classes will be starting on

at the Penlan Community Centre, SA5 9AN
2pm till 4pm, this will include a welcome chat, Guided Meditation where I take you on a beatiful relaxing journey to open up your energy fields, and then after meditation, I teach and guide you to reconnect to the universe and your higher self of awareness.
